Ronald Scott (Ron) Kaniuk was born and raised in New York and has resided in Florida full-time since 2008.

Ron’s professional experience includes a Federal Clerkship for a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge and work at major law firms in New York and Florida. Prior to opening his own firm, he was Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of a multi-office Florida Firm focusing on Foreclosure Defense and Consumer Law Issues during the Great Recession and Foreclosure Crisis (2007-2010).

Ron focuses his practice on representing Individuals and Small Businesses with their Legal Needs, with a strong focus on helping people deal with the current economic effects of the Coronavirus Pandemic and related Financial Crisis. Ron regularly consults with other attorneys to offer advice and assistance with their cases.

Ron is active in the Community, and is a member of various state and local voluntary bar associations (including the Broward County Bar Association; the New York State Bar Association; and the Palm Beach County Bar Association) as well as community groups (including the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce (Board Member) and the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce).

Ron is a frequent teacher and speaker. He regularly holds seminars for real estate and legal professionals, has taught several Continuing Legal Education courses on how to defend foreclosure, and is frequently interviewed on radio and television.

Ron is married and has three children.
