May is a Big Month! I’m a huge #StarWars fan and we just celebrated #StarWarsDay on May 4 (#MaytheFourthBeWithYou), plus we’ve got #MothersDay and the start of Graduation Season (My Daughter Graduates High School next week!).
In addition, Saturday is my 50th Birthday, and this year, it’s the 25th Anniversary of my Passing the Bar Exams and being admitted to practice law (Technically, I was admitted in Florida in 1997 so my 25th Anniversary here is next year, but I was admitted in New Jersey in 1996!). Going-forward, it’ll mean that I’ve been practicing law for longer than not. And I wouldn’t change it for the world.
Being a lawyer means I get to help people. I work with Entrepreneurs fulfilling their dreams – Starting a New Business, Buying an Existing Business, or Cashing Out and Selling their Business Venture to Others. As such, I enjoy being part of the creative process and helping them establish and organize their Business Entity and Draft Business Documents to Help Protect Their Investments. (I also feel good when I can help them protect themselves and their assets if their business turns sour). My clients know I am their partner – I want their business to succeed as much as they do . That’s a Win!
I also work with Individuals and Consumers on a wide variety of matters, with a huge focus on helping people with their finances, whether it be Navigating Student Loans, Helping with Debt Negotiation, or Assisting with Foreclosure Defense and Bankruptcy. I work for my clients to put them in a better financial position. That’s another Win!
My Birthday Wishes
So, what do I want for my 50th Birthday? Other than the End of the Pandemic and World Peace, I want the opportunity to help many more Entrepreneurs and Businesses achieve their dreams, and for Individuals to achieve Financial Freedom. Those are more Wins!
